WHAT IS UKSN?
At its core, UKSN is a family-friendly community of outdoor enthusiasts who help people build practical skills for outdoor living, bushcraft, preparedness and survival situations.
UKSN began in 2014 when Glyn, an outdoor enthusiast and lifelong camper, wanted a trusted place for people to share real skills, test quality kit and stay ready for whatever comes their way. What started small has grown into an active community built around genuine knowledge, honest testing and a shared love of the outdoors.
UKSN encourages members to share their skills, experience and trusted recommendations so everyone can learn from real use, not just theory. We believe in good kit, honest reviews and practical advice that works when it counts.
Whether it is testing gear, running skills sessions or swapping ideas round a campfire, UKSN exists to keep people capable, connected and prepared.
