1 kg boneless beef joint
1.5 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp cloves
2 stick cinnamon
1 piece 1" ginger sliced
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
Juice of 1 lime and zest
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 x stock cube
If you want to make it spicy add chillies
Mix spices into a paste and marinate meat
In the Dutch oven heat oil and sear the meat and then add 2 cups water and place on the heat to cook.
Whilst cooking peel and quarter potatoes then when you got 30 mins to go add potatoes to the pot
