A motor vehicle crash involving an Okaloosa County Transit Bus sent eight people to the hospital Tuesday afternoon. Okaloosa County officials say the bus was involved in what looked to be a three-car motor vehicle accident. Crestview police say the bus flipped and landed less than 10 feet from the water. All eight people on the bus including the driver were transported to the hospital. Witnesses say the crash occurred when a car traveling near the bus drifted into the buses' lane and the bus driver swerved to avoid the car. Heavy spring snow was captured on video in Denver, Colorado. The thick snow is seen pouring over shoppers, with office workers managing the weather during lunch and a pedestrian seen carrying an umbrella. Blinding snow was also seen at a busy shopping center.

Spring weather means wild animals are coming out of hibernation, and some of them are bringing the rabies virus with them. When a family dog was attacked by a skunk, the Ashland police department issued a public information release warning residents of rabid animals in the area. That skunk was sent to the state department of health and it tested positive for the rabies virus. It's the first case so far this year, 2018, in Schuylkill County. Many neighborhoods across the Charlotte area saw their fair share of rain and flooding on Tuesday-- some worse than others. An employee at a White Castle in Louisville, Kentucky has been diagnosed with acute hepatitis A and may have infected customers, health sources claim. According to WDRB, the Louisville Metro Public Health Department issued a news release alerting the public to the situation. The health department warned residents in the area that if they had eaten at that location between April 6th and April 20th, they may have been exposed to the hepatitis virus.
